Brittany has been in the salon and spa industry for over 13yrs where she began as a front desk salon coordinator. She always had the natural leadership ability along with five star training in customer service that led her to years of experience in managing people and excelling in guest customer service. She has been a part of the Haim salon management team for 4 years where she was the Manager at our Park Hyatt Resort location. Her strengths lie in employee financial coaching and wedding coordination.
